Moisturize, drink lots of water, drink rarely, don't smoke, stay out of the sun, exercise (cardio AND weights), but don't fall for being super thin or skinny. Money can help with the details, but all of the aforementioned are attainable by just about everyone and will go a long way.

Also eat plenty of nutritious complex carbs like oatmeal, lentils, sweet potatoes, etc. The low carb keto super skinny chicks will age far worse.

Okay but I.lo has never drank alcohol ever. She has never spent time in the sun.

She has been doing whole 30 since January.

She has fillers in her smile lines.

How can you tell? I’m 45 and have never done anything and am in awe of her skin and it looks untouched to me.

The way the line starts at her nose but stops at the "right" place.

I'm also a thin fitness fanatic, and it's just a fact that when you age, if you're thin, your face is less full. I have fillers in the same place so I can tell on other ppeople. My smile line area looks basically exactly like hers.
