OMG.  Demi does not look flabby.  She looks great and she is no more airbrushed in her nude picture than the younger models are.  That's the thing that people aren't seeing.  Yes, she's airbrushed, her photo has been touched up... but so is everyone else's photo.

JLo looks fantastic but most women would not be willing to do what she does to look that way.  She eats VERY clean, she never drinks alcohol or caffeine, she does a regimented work out every day, she keeps her sun exposure to a minimum, she pays for a team of nutritionists and trainers to keep her looking that way.  Her results are so fabulous because the sacrifices she makes to get those results are worth it to her.

Anyone who thinks she eats plenty or "lots" of complex carbs are fooling themselves.  She might eat lots of spinach, asparagus, broccoli but she is not pounding down sweet potatoes and quinoa like it's going out of style.  I would guess that she maybe eats two tablespoons of quinoa at any given meal.  Mostly she sticks to water, non-starchy vegetables and lean protein (like salmon, chicken breast).[/quote]
