This is hard to do with much projective accuracy. You can look at current rankings and they will provide a pretty good list of the current best squads but things happen over the next couple of years. Strong programs generally draw talent at older ages.

Currently at this age most of the best players are still playing up. In other instances puberty has not yet set in and finally in all instances kids are not playing 11v11 yet.

Good teams at 9v9 don't always translate to 11v11 fully intact. That age group at XYZ club may still field a very, very strong team at U14/U15 but the roster will likely barely resemble the current lineup beyond a few core players.

Focus on the best training spot for your player regardless of GotSoccer points.

In short, the poster doesn't care.

Loudoun definitely up top along with Arlington (don't let losses in top tournament brackets fool you). LMVSC is actually decent. Also VSA -- their 08 team played up 07 in many recent tournaments over the past 18 months.

I think the PWSI coach is one of the Directors' at HP Elite if I am not mistaken?

PWSI coach owns HP Elite. His now retired father is “HP.” He is QP.

1-10 doesn't matter it can be anyones game top 3 is all that counts. Arlington, Loudoun, and Mclean. Thats it 2 are in CCL and Mclean is just a good batch of girls but the other teams are not in the same tier. PWSI? Have they played Arlington, Loudoun? LMVSC is a CCL team i would put them above PWSI but not above SYC OR BRYC.

That's a good thing, great coach, love his energy. HP Elite does not recruit, although if they did most other clubs in the area would not have chance in hell. They have the areas best players train with them.
