Since when FBI were given an authority to investigate sexual crimes? It is jurisdiction of the local police and should be referred to them.

The FBI does not investigate sex crime allegations, UNLESS they took place on FEDERAL property.

The Montgomery County Police Department is ready and willing to open a complete investigation as soon as one single alleged victim will make a report.

The FBI would be involved in a crime alledged to be committed by a *federal* judge, which Kavanaugh is.

Wow, he was a federal judge at the age of 17. Fascinating...

Unless you have a time machine that can transport everyone back to the early 80s, a federal judge would be investigated, so yes, FBI. SMH
