The Supreme Court disagrees with you and has determined that education is a right regardless of immigration status.

Regardless of age? Can anyone who is an illegal immigrant avail himself of a free education, even at the age of 20 or 21, or 30 or 31? (Nice way for pedophiles to chummy up to kids.) The cost to educate non-English speaking illegal immigrants is putting a big burden on school budgets, and I can't image we are required to provide a high school education even to adults (which, at 18, the older rapist was).

Whatever age guidelines apply to citizens also apply to non-citizens. A natural born American who can trace his American ancestry fifteen generations back can enter high school at 18 as a freshman. Therefore, so can undocumented 18 year olds.

What you are saying is that it actually is true. The same guidelines that apply to citizens also apply to non-citizens. There are not special rules allowing undocumented students to enter school at an older age than citizens. You are simply pointing out how some school systems apply the existing rules pertaining to special ed. Whether language and potential education deficiencies are sufficient to qualify a child for special education is something that can be debated, but the rules apply to all special ed students regardless of immigration status.

Here's a thought: I don't want my tax dollars wasted on illegals and anchor babies. And I definitely don't want my kids sharing a building with subhuman rapists. I encourage people to read the police report. That girl wasn't raped, she was brutalized and she will never be right.

What can we do to oppose the sanctuary policy and also get the school board to prevent legal or illegal 18 year old freshman from registering in our public schools? It is hard to imagine that my 14 year old could be in school with a 22 year old(age senior year if starting HS at 18). There should be an alternative program for these individuals. Also, think how much the county is spending on these sanctuary policies.

So this kid were kept in a public school on a taxpayer dollars, got paid for his ESL classes from the taxpayers money, now got appointed a public defender paid by the taxpayers, will probably get a mental evaluation paid by the taxpayers, will probably require English interpreter for each court hearing paid by the taxpayers, and held in jail paid by the taxpayers for every single day. Now, what is the point of keeping him in the country other than eventually getting one Democrat vote? Isn't all that money and one girls' life a high price for electing a Democrat?
