Boy who refuses to shower

Make it a game to see how fast he can shower. You could count the seconds and have records with/without hair. Just to make it fun and fast.

Another option: if he complains, he has to shower more often.

Would it help to let him do it all alone?

I think that unless there is a bigger issue, you just need him to get into the habit...

This is funny.... I wish a 7 y/o would tell me they not going to wash they ass.... I'd get my belt and beat the dirt off of him....

But you let it go this far.... Before the age of 7 he should have been washing his ass daily....
