I feel like a fat person being happy or having happiness or good things in their life is the ultimate button on dcum. People just can't handle the idea that fat people are actually allowed to be happy (and even healthy in some cases gasp!).

Lower morbidity has been associated with people who are slightly overweight but crazy fit obsessed America cannot wrap their heads around that.

While she's so busy working full time, basically raising the kids on her own, and keeping house, she doesn't have time to go to the shops to find nice clothes and fix up her hair and makeup.

This is what I think when I see couples like this. I know so many couples with this sort of imbalance in household responsibilities and time for self-care, and the woman's health really suffers for it, even if she does not become overweight.
