OP just described 1/2 of the women from my hometown (including my family) - many descendants from Napoli and still a "vibrant" culture. Some Spaniards can be fiesty/passionate too.

Anyway, doesn't sound like a good match. If you can't handle the heat, OP, move on.


PP here - I wasn't making the distinction as something positive for southern italians.

My ex is third generation Sicilian-American. They "show love" by fighting, yelling, and generally acting crazy. She would say the most hurtful things just to get under my skin.

So glad I broke it off with her in 2013. My new partner is very calm, collected, and not prone to fighting. We are so much more compatible.
