| The next important question is how many spaces are offered at each program. |
I don't think anyone knows this question really. It depends on how many classrooms, how many kids got in via Sibling Preference, if they are going to expand the program etc. For example, Highland Park TAG has only 1 classroom per grade and a lot of incoming siblings so a lottery number of 20 may or may not be good enough. |
| So question if I'm 188 in Goddard French and 12 in Phyllis E Williams- Spanish and they fill Goddard first will I not get a spot either assuming I am wait listed for Goddard? |
No, you should get a slot at Phyllis Williams. |
| Has anyone received an offer today? I'm eager to hear something! |
I agree! I'm eager to hear something too! |
Mail just came. Nothing here.
|
Nothing in my mail either. |
| We did!! Phyllis E. Williams Spanish ... I am ecstatic. Deadline to accept is April 14th so if you had a low number for the spanish program be on the lookout for your letter. I was high teens FYI. |
| Congrats! Nice to hear good news. |
Have not heard a thing! Waiting...impatiently
|
| declining a John Hanson French spot and hoping to come off the Spanish waitlist instead |
| Any letters today from anyone? |
| I got an off from Pullen my I was 28th on the list. Not sure if I will accept still holding out for a spot at CMIT Elementary. |
|
Also got an offer for Williams Spanish...our son had a lottery number in the 80s. Sounds like this is one of the first programs filled.
So, is it not possible to receive more than one offer? Our other child is a top ten number for Performing Arts. |
