Hi! I'm having the same issue. Did you email the school's office or the TAG office for help? I've called the TAG office in the past and they don't ever seem to answer the phone...

I contacted the pupil accounting and school boundary office who sent the letter. They were amazing and got right back to me. For me it was miscommunication.

I got my letter today and we were accepted for Glendarden Woods. We are excited because we have never been successful at the lottery for charter, kindergarten or any immersion schools. I do have a question it says fax or mail but i want to make sure they get this letter has anyone emailed there letters of acceptance back or is everyone faxing their letter to accept? If you emailed who do you email it to. However, i should follow the directions on the form. Lol.

Congrats! When we got an offer from goddard Montessori we mailed faxed AND went there in person because we wanted to make sure we secured the spot. Maybe excessive but it worked!

If you dont mind me asking, did you apply for the 3 year old program or the 4 year old program, and what was your number on the list.?

I am trying to get my daughter into the 4 year old program, but she is on the list in the low 20s.

Sorry, I just messed up that last post, (I should've used my computer instead of my cell phone) but I meant:

We received a letter today confirming that our child is on the wait list for two specialty programs. One of the wait list numbers was the same as what we see on the website. The other number was better.

This could take until the end of September to play out. What an crazy way of life.

I think this is why a lot of people just bow out. That is a month into the school year, and many people are not interested in waiting that long. A lot of private schools require an answer WAY before then.

I am giving up my spot for College Park Academy (less than 100 on the waiting list). Sending child to CMIT (sibling preference).

When you send your acceptance letter back are you supposed to get a confirmation from the school system. If so will you get it by mail or email?

Call the school that your child got into and ask if you can stop by to fill out paperwork. That should get the ball rolling.

Giving up spot at Greenbelt Middle. Opting for private school.
