My husband is a scientist, happy to design and execute experiments, and he would not ever print out pics of men in underwear to "test" his sexuality. Why? Because there's no need. He's straight.

I feel so bad for these two people. ED could have been ruining relationship, causing husband real stress, anxiety, depression,etc. sounds like he's been to a bunch of doctors already--trying to have a meaningful relationship with his wife. desperate, sad people do strange things sometimes.

I wouldn't throw the marriage away just like that because he printed out some pictures of naked men. maybe if it were naked children. but men in underwear? I mean as long as he were faithful and loved her and wanted to be only with her forever, would she really care if an occasional naked man popped into his head while he was brining it home? maybe that seems silly and less than ideal but it could be the reality of a happily married couple with happy, balanced, loved children. I think the key is for them to both be honest and content with the situation, whatever that might be.

Therapy re this specific issue seems like a good idea if the relationship is otherwise positive/worth saving.
