Well not necessarily. Vance could keep them and presumably would if they voted for him.
Vance is such a ball of play doh that he would not engineer this. It would take some tech bro kingmaker to engineer it or the people behind project 25 (since the Iran craziness is jeopardizing their domestic agenda). If that were the case, he could probably get Rubio, Mullins, Bessent, Chavez, Duffy….Im not good a head counting these nutties though. Does Melania get a vote? I feel like she might sign off on this!

No they wouldn't, Vance could keep them on.

The problem people seem to miss is that even if you involve the 25th, Trump is allowed to contest it and then it gets decided in Congress if he is actually unable to fulfill his duties

Trump would almost certainly challenge and probably win

I'm not sure he would win. Or at least I hope our nation, as much as I have lost my original faith in my country, is not this craven.

Peter Thiel, Altman, Elon or whoever is pulling the strings would probably need to engineer this for it to work + coordination with Congressional Republican leadership
