No they wouldn't, Vance could keep them on.

The problem people seem to miss is that even if you involve the 25th, Trump is allowed to contest it and then it gets decided in Congress if he is actually unable to fulfill his duties

25th Amendment (extremely hard)
Impeachment (impossible)

You're better waiting for his body to just stop working or his term to end in January 2029.
