Woodson pyramid here and we have thick sheets of black ice on most roads except the main one. Bus stops have black ice and have only gotten thicker through the day. Delay is the safest choice.

How hard is it to communicate to fcps families what the plan for tomorrow is. If we are going on time, tell us! If you’re closing or delaying, tell us! If you’re assessing it still, tell us.

The lack of communication when the other counties in the area are having two hour delays is pitiful. And another thing that has gotten worse under Reid. Don’t care one way or another about school for tomorrow but I need to know in advance to plan.

I mean, even MCPS announced a 2 hr delay the afternoon before!!! Usually they're a 5am call sort of place.
