Yep. One of my best friend's father's was a major player in NYS Republican politics. Thought Trump was the worst thing ever to come to the Republican party. Died 4 days after Trump was elected in 2016. |
| I discuss how I'm being affected by the current administration. Maybe ask Dad to give you money (not a loan) to get through. |
Gen Z kids were born between 1997 and 2012. For a Gen Zer kid to have a college-age kid, he or she would have had to be 10, at the oldest, when the kid was born. |
Low Unemployment was no "picnic". Go back to your dumb cult moron. |
wrong. My lifelong mulitary Republican dad who voted in every single presidential election since he was able did not vote for Trump and did not consider him a Republican because he is not. |
We know. |
you need to add in those who couldn't bother to vote. |
Brown people voted for him too. It's how he won. |
|
I would personally be sickened however this isn’t something that I would risk losing my father over.
I would just not ever (!) discuss politics w/him and try as hard as possible to not even think of politics when you are together. |
He did get more but the majority of 'brown' people either voted for Harris or didn't vote. Taco mab won because of the white men, particularly the uneducated |
Dp. I would consider him lost and interact with him at a minumim level |
I would never speak to the POS again. Especially if he has grandchildren. |
| Get over yourself. We have friends who voted for Trump and we agree to disagree. We rarely talk politics and regret it when we do. |
| The majority voted so it's not a surprise |
| This thread is pathetic. |
