The whole reason DUI is a crime is that people DECIDE to drive while under the influence of alcohol. Duh.

The good news is everyone seems to agree that you shouldn't have sex with your friend unless your friend consents. The bad news is there haven't been a whole lot of stories about people moving out of the friend zone. That's ok if you're the one who said let's just be friends. It's depressing if you're the one who wants more, especially if you want something beyond a one-time situation that nobody really wants to talk about later. Except for a few women who like to move really slow or are really awkward, most people seem to make it happen fairly quickly if it's going to happen.
