Dematha fan?

No just thought how every team got 3 HMs was interesting. 7/10 goalies got something and felt like SJC players were a little over represented especially given injuries.

How does this work? Do coaches nominate players and there's a vote?

Coaches meet and vote. Hyper political go to shove all their own kids through. Kinda shocked that they actually got POTY right with that Heights kid.

Head scratcher pick.

I don't see how it was a head scratcher at all to be honest. He had like 70 CTOs guarding #1's and scored like every game. Single handledly put a that very mediocre team in a close game against us and a lot of others.

A good player on a bad team not headed to anywhere bc the schools didn't see it. Moral coming close but not winning. The Heights won a grand total of one WCAC game this year against the top 8 teams. This is a typical everyone gets trophy award and a slap for the better schools and players.

He started for NL and had offers to Yale, Navy, and Cuse. But go ahead and trash successful kids because your a fat lard and your kid didn't win it.

Coaches voted for him for a reason, but you may have been to busy with the divorce bills to watch him lock up your best player.

The 3 honorable mentions are picked by each teams coach. no voting involved.

lol on those offers. I know the family and they would have jumped at navy. He had full pay offers at d3. Coaches gave a ridiculous handout to the school.

For every over the head he landed, he left his underskilled teammates man down when he missed. But I guess it paid off.

who should have been poy?

I think the DM attack. Best player on the best team. In the IAC, the coaches split the award between the Landon attack and Bullis attack. That was a cop out too.

Why is the POTY uncommitted? He is very talented for sure.

I think the IAC Coaches also got it wrong by doing a co-player of the year award. While Landon's Murry (Bucknell) and Bullis' Mahar (Penn) are exceptional attackman, I really thought the best player in the IAC was Landon's defenseman Cassidy (Penn). He shut down all opposing players top offensive players.

Read between the lines on the reply to supposed offers. Lacrosse is a full pay sport for field players.

No chance. Landon loses at least 5 without the attack. The pole is good but they still might have the same record. Landon had 5 poles they juggled play time, granted the Penn kid stayed on the field when he wasn't taking a penalty a game.

What are the odds Speaks goes after the Heights 2027 attackman to transfer?

The coach is spineless!

Ah, some of those make a lot more sense if that's the case.
