The US does not want non citizen children of deportees raised here on the taxpayer dime. There are serious allegations of sex trafficking with the parents involved here and that was why the toddler was put in foster care.

Biden let almost every migrant free into the country. For his administration to lock both parents up immediately and allowed no visitation with the child from spring 2024 until October 2024, they must be terrible. A judge would have put a stop to that separation if it were excessive or unnecessary.

The news reports said the initially the girl was on the plane to be deported with the mom and they pulled her off the plane. This administration wants every illegal immigrant gone so if they didn't care, why wouldn't they just send the girl with her mom, sex trafficker or not?

Ok, this was my thought too. What incentive does the US have to keep these children in our already overloaded and under resourced foster care system? If a child is truly in need, I’m glad for my tax dollars to help, but otherwise my money doesn’t need to be going to this.

The only "allegations" that this couple are involved in anything illegal come from the same people who told us that the original set of 200+ Venezuelans were all illegal rapists and murderers. It turns out that a huge number were LEGAL, the vast majority have no criminal record of any kind in any country, and have absolutely no connection to Tren de Aragua.

If the administration had any evidence, they'd have presented it in court. They did not.
