Yes that’s what we (HrSA employee) heard too. Several groups were mysteriously offline this afternoon after we heard they got informally notified

Post on NIH subreddit said not to expect anything for 36-48 hours. F these guys. Even if I survive, I’m taking a mental health day on Monday.
