Yup. They even left doge in the url of the press release announcing the cuts. Everyone knows Kennedy just looked at the list for two seconds, saw some vaccine offices were on it, then said yes.

God forbid he do his job. He’s too busy jabbing himself with off-label testosterone and posting on X to bother though.

Is that why he looks so weird - the testosterone?

That and a bunch other not-so-legal PEDs he’s probably taking. He’s openly admitted to the testosterone use, though.

Sounds fishy

What else do you think would happen to the animals?

Is it true that the uniformed health officers are also being rifD? They made it through the April 1st cuts.

They are not fired. If the position is eliminated they are reassigned to another job.

I have no reason to believe all the animals are being euthanized bc animal care contracts are still in place.

Does anyone know how the preliminary injunction will affect those going to be RIFd in June 2. Will they continue to get paid leave while this is decided and will the time add to years of service?

New poster. I read the link it is unclear if employees get paid during the injunction. Can anyone verify?

FDA here. With the decision yesterday I understand that we will stay on leave with all retirements paused and continue to get pay. Should we expect an agency notification on 6/2, and should we plan that they will require us to go back? Also does anyone know how long it will take for the Supreme Court to hear the case? I actually want to go back so please share what you know.

You should not expect a notification. FDA supervisors were given very specific language they could use if anyone asks.

You are right no notification at all over the weekend. Does anyone know when this goes to the SC emergency docket? I guess we are in a holding pattern but getting paid until than.
