Further, litigation I bring is about justice; litigation brought against me is LAWFARE

The deadline forcing people to respond today has been paused.

Delayed until Monday, when the judge has scheduled another hearing. Judge wants to review the merits of the case over the weekend.

Judge will very likely issue a permanent TRO on Monday. The plaintiffs strongly argue multiple violations of law by the Fork program and OPM.

Now that Bondi is in they should stop frivolous litigations like this as they cost tax payers a lot of money

Yeah. If Musk and the Muskateers would stop pillaging our country, nobody would have to file lawsuits to stop them. you should get right on that.

America is a right to work country so there is no reason you can't terminate everyone

Wrong. America is a "contract law" country where the contract is sacrosanct. Without it, everything falls apart. The federal government has a contract with federal workers that is thoroughly negotiated.

Things like clarifying payments will happen, more limited waiver, etc.

Like the pesky little loophole of not having appropriated funds to pay past March?

^PP must not recall that Trump has a ton of lawsuits he's filed himself. Oh wait, those are meritorious. Forgot.

Bad look - feds asking for free handouts

It's the deadline that's been put n hold, not the programs. Your friends can still sign up if they want.

Kind of weird to be made that more people might be able to participate, if you all think it's such. good thing. Hmm.

I ain’t mad! Bring it on! Give them another month! Trump is doing a great job! Leave or be ousted!

+1

All at once, for all the lawyers and people with common sense on here, to get it out of our systems:

WE TOLD YOU SO!

Maybe fun, but not the plea at 11:48; the threat at 11:37; the “reminder” at 11:21; the “u up?” At 11; the “time is running out” at 10:45, the “psssttt… just hit reply” at 10:15; the “its 10pm, did you remember to email OPM?” Email….

I’m tired, add more

Again for the people in back. IT DOESN’T MATTER. It’s illegal to promise money not appropriated. And we are under a CR until 3/14. No matter how many loopholes they close, it’s not real until Congress says it is. Separation of powers? Congress has the power of the purse?

Sad how many feds would fail a civic 101 exam.

At this point it's just part of my morning inbox cleaning.

I hope someone is saving them for historical purposes.

A colleague of mine noticed that were coded to delete themselves so they are saving them as PDFs.

Fascinating, and totally not suspicious in any way, shape or form.

I printed them out.

Completely untrue in so many ways. Starting with Federal employees are protected by LAWS passed by CONGRESS.

Thank musketeer! We knew you were in here lurking. NO ONE wants the fork. The only people desperate enough are probationary.

Asked on another forum, does that mean those who are ordered back to the office who don’t show up and are AWOL will now just get terminated? I stead of forked?

They're setting themselves up for a FOIA lawsuit if they are coded to delete. FOIA is the absolute easiest thing to sue on.
