its a reaching arugement but they want to do anything to obstruct the administration it backfires as the American people will witness the pure greed of federal workers on full display. The private sector doesn't get a deal this good they often get cut on the spot with nothing.

There was no law cited for this fork email. The private sector DOES get better deals than this - private sector buyouts actually give you cash in hand! This fork crap offered nothing other than the possibility of not having to RTO, but certainly no guarantees of any payments.

But they HAD to have known it wasn't legal and that they would be stopped along the way. Now let's see if judges can actually still make rulings based on law.
