I go to bed at 9, but usually can't fall asleep until 10. I get up at 4:50. It's not enough sleep for me though. |
Reformer pilates 5-6x/week. Between treadmill desk and dog walks, get in 20-30,000 steps/day, plus outdoor walks w/ friends 1-2 times/week. |
This resonates with me. I go to bed around 9:30, wake up at 5:20, out the door for a 4 mile run by 6 and about 40 minutes of strength after, which takes me til 7:20. My spouse is solo parenting during that time but my kids are elementary age and pretty self sufficient before the morning rush hits. I’m out of the shower, eating breakfast and fixing lunches by 7:45. It’s not hard to make the schedule work if you get in a habit, although the days I do sleep in are glorious. |
