My meals include a lot of vegetables, though -- so, for instance, the egg salad I had on a sandwich for lunch yesterday had more than half minced celery, green onions, and minced cabbage. That isn't a full serving of cabbage for that meal on its own, but it's there. Crackers with egg salad, side of pickles and carrot sticks. Minestrone with a bean medley. It's just three meals, but the meals include a variety of vegetables and fruit? |
