OMG -- Pappagallo! I had a dress that I just adored -- beautiful autumn colors in a swirly pattern. Also, somebody mentioned Joan and David shoes -- yessss!

My red wool cardigan with navy blue ribbon down w/apples down each side wear button holes and button were 6th-7th grade. I used to wear it with white turtle neck with apples and my matching Bermuda bag, wide whale navy cords.

Totally worshiped the Preppy Handbook.

A few of my monogram sweaters too!

OMG! I loved Britches and had completely forgotten it until now. I love this thread. I was in elementary and middle school in the 80s and had a lot of the things mentioned here. LOVED Benetton, Guess, the Limited, Tretorns.

I had a forest green suede bomber style jacket from Britches that was my pride and joy.

Oh wow I had those turtlenecks with the apples! And other decorated turtlenecks! I always tried to be a prepster
