While she had the equivalent of an UMC childhood, she’s made the full transition to royalty. This is how it’s done! She looks every bit of royal to me.

I wonder if William ever feels threatened by how hot Kate looks in public. One of the problems Charles had with Diana was that she was too hot and people focused on her more than on him.

+1. She toes the line with perfection and he couldn't care less if she doesn't wear pantyhose or wears pantsuits or paints her fingernails something other than "Ballet Slippers." He also loaned her a 100+ year old tiara for the state dinner that was last worn by Elizabeth the Queen Mother. All the mess with Harry & Meghan only gave her more leverage with the King. By all accounts he likes her very much.

That Daily Mail article is eye-opening. Now I know why there were those rumors over a decade ago, about how one of the reasons the royal family hesitated over Kate Middleton was actually because of her mom, not because of Kate herself.

Reading that article, Carole Middleton sounds like a horrifying human being. It's a very bad look for the freaking head of state to have an in-law doing this - far, far worse than Harry and Meghan IMO.
