She’s been looking like this for years but most of her pictures of her face are heavily photoshopped (esp her official portrait). I’m not sure whose kitten she killed for them to stop doing as much photoshop as they used to.

Is she a lifetime skinny person though? She was about 30 lbs heavier in college.
