Sports her entire life. Running, crew, tennis, field hockey, biking, etc.

She’s very outdoorsy and very competitive in sports.

I’m a 50 year old former college soccer player and still have massive leg definition. You tend not to lose it if you stay active.

Usually athletes are not super skinny like Kate though. They have meat on their bones. She’s not eating enough clearly.

She used to look very athletic when they were dating but she looks very different now.

BRF groupies are truly in a very sad league of their own.

Tell us about all the other threads you comment on - you know, people you don't know and who could care less about you. And maybe stop trolling threads that "hold no interest" for you.

+1 exactly!

The thing is, she looks great and doing style right (albeit a tad matronly) but it’s donned with an archaic and privileged system that can’t be shed.
As an American, I laugh. And sympathize with Brits under this outdated regime.
Her look is tainted because of this.

Noticed it too and was wondering if she’s using a Peloton!

She needs to increase her wig budget. This look is fine but she was looking a wee bit Kim Zolciak-ish lately

DP. But all those people give something to discuss. Films, songs, games. And many of them even do more impactful versions of the “work” that the BRF does.

I agree. We will probably be admonished for making such observations.

What some random NFL player “gives us to discuss” is no more or less worthy of our attention than Kate. That is the point. It’s all just pop culture.
