CCES letter about sub no longer employed by MCPS

I’m a sub in elementary schools. I hear the regular teachers yell at the kids all day long. The kids are used to that.

My child saw him touch girls inappropriately - not sexually, but inappropriately nonetheless. I do not want him anywhere near children.
