Here’s the temple’s board of directors, which is the entity that is responsible for making decisions relating to the child care center. It’s possible that the child care center is separately incorporated and has its own board though.

I recommend they immediately resign. Right now they’re associated with some of the most despicable crimes against their own school children. Anyone who “didn’t know”, certainly should have known. There are plenty of other options out there.

The judge delayed the trial. None of the remaining families are settling - they want to go to court.

Don’t feel sorry for these families. They were warned a year ago that their representation was a suspected pedophile. Yet they retained Michael Dolce as counsel despite multiple warnings that their counsel was a suspected pedophile.

Apparently it takes the FBI getting involved and an arrest before people will listen.

Hopefully the same will happen to Jordan Silverman, the man who OSSE confirmed abused at least 4 children. OSSE confirmed their findings in 2019, and CNN obtained a copy of the OSSE letter through a FOIA request. So why is DC MPD not arresting him even when it’s been confirmed that he’s a known pedophile? If OSSE claim that anyone here had abused their children, CPS would remove the child from the home immediately and arrest the perpetrator. Yet Silverman is walking free.

People need to demand that MPD do their job and remove Silverman from access the children. MPD and the USAO are a complete disgrace.

You’d think after what these families have been through that they would have taken multiple warnings against Michael Dolce seriously. I have a had time feeling any sympathy for them.

Horrible what happened to their children, also horrible that they continued with Michael Dolce despite being told he was a suspected pedophile.
