A step-parent who thinks it's all fine.or an attorney who sees dollar signs ahead. |

I am an attorney with a little bit of trust and estate experience. I read the page 6 article. We have no idea what happened with her estate. Neither of the daughters o has commented on it so no info there. The will itself has him as an executor, which is normal, and I guess from the article the will leaves him everything, but that doesnāt really mean anything because itās entirely possible that there are trusts set up that arenāt public. The 25 million estimate is from the celebrity net worth website, which is totally bogus. Itās entirely possible that the mother left the girls a lot in trusts. Thatās what most rich celebrities do. Then then their estate is not public.
So we really donāt know what happened at this point. You guys are speculating over nothing. There is no evidence that she cut them out of their inheritance. |
| Naomi gave both daughters homes on her property, and they are both millionaires. Who really cares about this, even if she didn't leave additional funds in trusts for them? |
I mean, yeah sure but. Nothing? Not even a token? |
I had always thought of the "commit" language as a result of being a sin -- and I didn't grow up in a church -- I like died by suicide much better. I wonder if anohter step is to understnd that if people are suffering from an illness, "even" mental, they have the right to die |
The difference is when your mother passes, she presumably will or did pass it along to her children. |
You have no idea what she left her daughters! Trusts are not public. She may have left them trusts. And if you read the page 6 article, you will see that the 25 million estimate itās just from celebrity net worth website. Itās also entirely possible she has been giving her money money or assets to her children using up her lifetime exemption over the years. So you people have absolutely no clue what her estate plans were |

They are millionaires. What is the concern of the token? They also have homes on her land. |
Are you a MOM?? |
Wait, the New York Post could be lying? Where are my smelling salts? |
| We just updated our will. Also powered of Attorney, Living Will, Medical POA and two more . Iām 64, substantial means. We are leaving everything to my fabulous nephew, who has always said that he will take care of me, way before I mentioned money. |

| In my will I leave everything to my husband if he survives me. I think this is pretty normal? I guess if he gets remarried and then dies first my kids could be screwed. |
Exactly. About 10 years ago there was a rich Spanish investor who died on Menorca and his will revealed that he'd left nothing to his own family and instead bequeathed his estate to Prince Felipe. Who'd never met him, didn't know who he was, and was probably the last person in Spain who needed any such money. THAT was bizarre. This? Not so much. |
