In the worst case scenario she can get on WIC and get these and other things for free

WIC doesn't do diapers.

I guess it depends on the state . There are diaper supplying nonprofits too

Exactly! No sane unmarried 22 year old with a pre-school teacher salary should have a baby nor can afford a baby.

Many non white people would disagree…

She was hired as a full time pre-school teacher but I think she should wait a few years before having a baby. How can I tell her to wait? I am worried that the Principal and parents will not be very happy with her if she on leave the first year she starts working.

She wants to have a baby? Is she pregnant or wants to keep it? Is she hoping to get pregnant?

She been off birth control since May, but not sure if she’s pregnant or not haven’t said anything yet.

If any adult couple decides to marry or have kids, its their decision and their consequences. You can't control other peoples lives, even if they are making wrong decisions. This is called, personal freedom.

Um, she's 22 and a college graduate with a full time job who has a strong demonstrated skill set in caring for children. Why not have a kid now? What is the benefit of waiting?

You know that you're allowed to have a baby without being married, don't you? This isn't the 1950s.

This thread reminds me of those 90s baby songs

Tell her to go ahead and have a baby after she has one year's independent living expenses (rent, daycare, transport, grocery, diapers, formula, health insurance and ALL )saved as you don't want to be responsible for consequences of her decisions.
