How long will it take the Court to laugh that one out of the system?

They can if they choose. But it won't look good at all.

Frivolous lawsuits get thrown out all the time. Nobody pays any attention at all. The only people who will notice are people like you who have been duped by Ian Prior into believing LCPS is your boogeyman. Doubtful you even have kids in the system.
. Didn’t the DA try to ignore this once before? Kid has now been convicted because, of course, he attacked another girl after being secretly moved. Republican governor now, so clearly people paid attention.

From the article "alleged in a court filing that Loudoun County Public Schools, its superintendent and other officials have promoted secret gender transitions, distributed pornography and forced children to change in locker rooms with those of the opposite sex."

That is very different then a law suit regarding a specific assault or harassment. Do you really think the court is going to accept a case based on the allegation of secret gender transitions, what does that even mean? LCPS is helping kids transition genders or forcing kids to transition without telling parents? LCPS is distributing porn? Where is the evidence that the county is promoting the distribution of porn?

The lawsuit is a farce. If those 11 parents are so concerned that they are filing that type of ridiculous law suit, they should find a nice conservative private school or homeschool their kids.

We’ll soon see. The schools are indeed providing what they consider to be ‘safe spaces’ and encouraging transition behind parents’ backs. Same schools can’t even give a Tylenol legally. That’s not the school’s job. I had a teacher friend who had the arrogance to tell me that when kids get to her school, the parents have no more say re: their kids. Legally, that’s just not true.

You’re so stupid you can’t even see the inherent contradiction in your allegation. You’re right that they’re so cautious that they won’t give a Tylenol. But somehow they will wantonly do these inflammatory things you imagine? Your delusions are insane.

You are such a liar lmaooooo. Absolutely no teacher said that. We don’t want to raise your kids. We absolutely want you to take responsibility for your kids. We raise our own and we teach yours - that’s it. Quit making stuff up on the internet, you’re too old for that and it’s embarrassing.

LOL. Indeed she did! You just don't want to face what's going on, I believe her exact words were "I don't go to your home to tell you want to do with your kids so don't come to our school and tell ME what to do". Legal guardianship and all that be damned.

The problem with people like yourself is that all you have left is name-calling. And you teach people's kids? For shame!

Thank God teachers like pp exist. They might be able to save children from the influence of their insane, delusional parents and their anti-American, anti-social attitudes.

A teacher saying parents don’t get to tell her what she teaches and what curriculum they’ll allow is not the same thing as her saying parents don’t get to have say over their kids at school. You’re a buffoon.

That is NOT what she was saying; she was talking about parental concerns about how she handles disciplinary matters. Let’s address your statements, because they are interesting. There would be no teachers or teacher salaries without parents paying taxes into the district. So yes, parents DO get a say and electing school boards that reflect their views is part of that. Problem is, a LOT of outside money from activist groups has started to pour into these elections and there are agendas as to why.

https://thefederalist.com/2021/05/28/you-wont-believe-how-activists-pushed-loudoun-county-schools-into-critical-race-theory/

After the shameful way Loudoun County handled the brutal rape of one of their students, they are going to have a real hard time defending themselves, as will any activist lawmakers/judges that try to dismiss this case out-of-hand. I guess they never expected the rapist to offend again, and when he did, they were left exposed. All eyes are on this case now, nationwide, so any decisions made will have to be carefully considered. Parents are ‘woke’ now, to borrow a term thrown around too, well, liberally, nowadays. No doubt there will be a fight - power is never lost without one - but the army is larger now than it was back in 2019. Good luck.

So is your teaching method as arrogant and critical as what you present here? Do you try to shame your students using name-calling?

There is nothing inflammatory about what I’m saying. School systems are not telling parents about changes of gender pronouns, names, clothing, which is grooming. FOIA is very effective at exposing such information:

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/restoring-america/equality-not-elitism/loudoun-schools-told-teachers-to-keep-gender-transitions-secret-from-parents

“ Loudoun County School District officials instructed staff to avoid informing a transgender student's parents about their child's gender identity unless the student gives the school expressed permission, according to materials from the training.

The slides from the August training were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by Ian Prior, the executive director of the political action committee called Fight for Schools, which has organized efforts to recall several members of the Loudoun County School Board.

The training was part of the implementation of district policy 8040, which was passed in August 2021, and established districtwide policies regarding the treatment of transgender students, including allowing students to use the bathroom corresponding to their gender identity, rather than their biological sex.”

Well, it’s all that needs to be said. I mean, you know those propaganda outlets deliberately lie to you, right? I guess it makes sense you have the twisted and invalid world view you do if this is the media you consume, but you look rather ridiculous when you cite it in discussions with actual adults.

Stop posting bullshit from the Federalist and Washington Examiner. They are not credible outlets.

Great, thoughtful response

Well, it’s all that needs to be said. I mean, you know those propaganda outlets deliberately lie to you, right? I guess it makes sense you have the twisted and invalid world view you do if this is the media you consume, but you look rather ridiculous when you cite it in discussions with actual adults.

Someone is scared. Teacher? School board member? Activist? Activist student?

A jury of six women and one man on Friday found ex-Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler guilty of using his position to retaliate against a teacher for cooperating with a grand jury investigating how the district handled sexual assault.
After a four-day trial plus a day of deliberations, the jury found that Ziegler wrongfully fired a teacher who had disclosed to Virginia investigators about mishandling of sexual assault in her classroom. Ziegler was convicted of using his official position to retaliate against someone for exercising their rights, and acquitted of punishing someone for testifying to a jury, both misdemeanors.

Ziegler could face up to 12 months in jail, a $2,500 fine, or both. Sentencing in the trial will occur on January 4, 2024, Judge Douglas Fleming Jr. said. Ziegler’s victim, former special education teacher Erin Brooks, clasped her hands in front of her mouth in emotion after the verdict was read.

I can’t believe a sup was (if I’m understanding correctly) dumb enough to get his own hands dirty in retaliation against, and the firing of, teachers. Anyone in that position should know to let the underlings handle messy things like that.
On the other hand, I’m so thankful he is/was that dumb. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

The principal who helped him, Diane Mackey, is STILL the principal of the school where it happened, Rosa Lee Carter. SHE should be fired for what she did to her own teachers.
