Loudoun County was just hit with the mother of all lawsuits: https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/jun/29/america-first-legal-lawsuit-loudoun-schools-child-/
How long will it take the Court to laugh that one out of the system?
They can if they choose. But it won't look good at all.
Frivolous lawsuits get thrown out all the time. Nobody pays any attention at all. The only people who will notice are people like you who have been duped by Ian Prior into believing LCPS is your boogeyman. Doubtful you even have kids in the system.
. Didn’t the DA try to ignore this once before? Kid has now been convicted because, of course, he attacked another girl after being secretly moved. Republican governor now, so clearly people paid attention.
From the article "alleged in a court filing that Loudoun County Public Schools, its superintendent and other officials have promoted secret gender transitions, distributed pornography and forced children to change in locker rooms with those of the opposite sex." I That is very different then a law suit regarding a specific assault or harassment. Do you really think the court is going to accept a case based on the allegation of secret gender transitions, what does that even mean? LCPS is helping kids transition genders or forcing kids to transition without telling parents? LCPS is distributing porn? Where is the evidence that the county is promoting the distribution of porn? The lawsuit is a farce. If those 11 parents are so concerned that they are filing that type of ridiculous law suit, they should find a nice conservative private school or homeschool their kids.
We’ll soon see. The schools are indeed providing what they consider to be ‘safe spaces’ and encouraging transition behind parents’ backs. Same schools can’t even give a Tylenol legally. That’s not the school’s job. I had a teacher friend who had the arrogance to tell me that when kids get to her school, the parents have no more say re: their kids. Legally, that’s just not true.
You’re so stupid you can’t even see the inherent contradiction in your allegation. You’re right that they’re so cautious that they won’t give a Tylenol. But somehow they will wantonly do these inflammatory things you imagine? Your delusions are insane.
So is your teaching method as arrogant and critical as what you present here? Do you try to shame your students using name-calling? There is nothing inflammatory about what I’m saying. School systems are not telling parents about changes of gender pronouns, names, clothing, which is grooming. FOIA is very effective at exposing such information: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/restoring-america/equality-not-elitism/loudoun-schools-told-teachers-to-keep-gender-transitions-secret-from-parents “ Loudoun County School District officials instructed staff to avoid informing a transgender student's parents about their child's gender identity unless the student gives the school expressed permission, according to materials from the training. The slides from the August training were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request by Ian Prior, the executive director of the political action committee called Fight for Schools, which has organized efforts to recall several members of the Loudoun County School Board. The training was part of the implementation of district policy 8040, which was passed in August 2021, and established districtwide policies regarding the treatment of transgender students, including allowing students to use the bathroom corresponding to their gender identity, rather than their biological sex.”
Stop posting bullshit from the Federalist and Washington Examiner. They are not credible outlets.
Great, thoughtful response
Well, it’s all that needs to be said. I mean, you know those propaganda outlets deliberately lie to you, right? I guess it makes sense you have the twisted and invalid world view you do if this is the media you consume, but you look rather ridiculous when you cite it in discussions with actual adults.
