SPED teacher sues LCPS over ignored sexual assault by student

Anonymous
Reading the thread I actually thought this was about my friend. She is also a SPED teacher in LCPS who has been been sexually assaulted at school. She had a student even rape her with an object. Principal wouldn’t do anything or protect her. She really had ptsd about it and cried before going to school.

Student was verbal. Not intellectually disabled and knew what he was doing.

Crazy to think there are so many students like this in the system.

That is an extreme case but it I understand the PTSD. So often school districts place kids incorrectly or don't do enough to get students into safer, more restrictive placements "sorry that program is full"

I think this is fake.

This is appalling and gives special education teachers a bad name. A nonverbal, intellectually disabled elementary school student may have touched the teacher in ways that are inappropriate and uncomfortable but he did not sexually assault her. That would be like saying my 18 month old assaulted me when she hit me during a tantrum. We do not expect the same behavior from children that we do from adults. That child needed help.

Maybe you wish it is fake but it’s not.

So what are you claiming happened? She was raped by a student, and there was no criminal charges, and she just kept on going to work? That's a 100% lie.

Hi Ian Prior. Take your lies, ignorance, sexism, racism, and bigotry right back home.

Those of you who keep trying to make this a sexual assault are mentally ill and are perverted yourselves. Go look in the mirror creep.

Back when some of the unhinged got arrested at an LCPS school board meeting, one of the members of the unhinged set up a Go Fund Me using a fake name and fake information trying to raise money for their group. People reported his fraud to Go Fund Me and the account was shut down and money returned.

Despite these facts, they had people posting all over our parenting FB pages that an antifa group in Loudoun had hacked the account and drained all the money. They even lied and said the sheriff's office was investigating. They posted these lies even though they knew GFM shut down the account because of the false information used to create the account.

This issue is being pushed by the same people. The comments about the teacher raped by a student sound like the same writing. It is bullshite.

Stuff like this is going to ramp up again as we get closer to midterms. Loudoun is purple enough to be a bellwether for other elections and that's why this garbage keeps cropping up.

Oh, and rule of thumb: if Ian Prior's name is attached = it's garbage.

Why didn’t the teachers just simply call the police?! This would be like me getting raped at work and only complaining to my boss to do something.

Because it didn't happen.

This more than likely came from one of the Loudoun nutjobs and they have used this strategy many times. They will come out with a bold faced lie and it will get traction before anyone can refute it. The teachers involved in this case did just this. They worked with the Prior guy and another right wing org and went to Fox and planned it. It doesn't surprise me that they would try to abuse this site where people think they are anonymous.

Note that hint so called teacher above.
