Ok, time to mock the Ops list.. Man seeking Woman:

She must drink bourbon and like cigars
drives a classic muscle car and knows how to work on it
Plays golf and joins me on the guys only spring trip
Hates to cook but loves red meat and wings
High maintenance needs hair, nails, skin treatment 2x/wk
No parenting skills, has relationship issues with in-laws
loves politics and believes many conspiracy theory claims

Hysterical.

After 20 years of marriage and 2 kids, I think I’ll go with… the guy who will stay up all night with the colicky baby. Or drive to CVS at midnight to get me meds. Or sit through a whole afternoon being pleasant with dreadful in-laws.

So many things matter more than your list.
