In looking for a partner, I am more concerned about their “aesthetic” than their looks/education

Perfect teeth and thin absolutely is “looks.” Also a super weird
punch list and no surprise you haven’t found a straight man who meets these criteria and is also interested in you.

Are you a gay man by any chance because your description is very gay man. And I say that in praise of gay men, not disparagingly at all!

I know a mean and controlling dentist who would be perfect for you!

My priorities are someone who is:
-Modest
-Very organized and clean, both with their living space and their personal belongings. No mess whatsoever.
-Fashionable (in my opinion)
-Perfect teeth
-Frugal/excellent personal finance habits
-Thin
-Environmentally conscious
-Good at decorating

I am sure there’s more I am forgetting. But if they fit that criteria I could care less what their education level, profession, etc

Now why is this so hard to find?
Try the JCC youngest borns.

You need to join a serious running club - think marathoners - that's where the really thin and disciplined dudes are. People that thin and disciplined typically are not going to be slobs.

My DH has 5 of the 7 plus education and decent income. But he’s also emotionally unavailable, at least to me. These are good qualities to have, but they may also come with other unexpected baggage.

Instead you can marry someone educated and well employed and have similar values as you do.

They’ll be able to hire help to clean, organize, decorate and recycle.

They can pay gym/dietician/aesthetician/orthodontist to attain and maintain prerequisite looks.

But somehow they hardly ever do. Aesthetics will never be their priority now when they are rich, because it simply never was. For them aesthetic will always be a waste of money, time and resources.

Op, I get it , I believe you'll have to look among architects and designers.

You want him to be fashionable AND frugal?? 😂

Can you please come back down to planet earth?

To be this demanding, I can only hope that you're perfect in every other department than the ones you mentioned, as well -- you'd be considered a perfect 10, right?

Fashionable and frugal is only a "demanding" req for people who are neither. Dollar-tree is super right-brained, are are most starving artists. Just admit you are colorblind, but leave people like OP be.

Chick looking for a dude

Then you want a gay dude.

lol TIL people think wanting someone who doesn't make messes and is good with money and fashion is an insane set of requirements. Ridiculous. This should be the base level of expectation of a partner, you slobs

OP said environmentally conscious, so likely thrift fashion.

You don't meet all the requirements. You don't pass.

You're married to an architect or designer? How did you meet your husband?

Me too. I very much fit the bill unless the “environmentally conscious” requirement has to be an overt defining characteristic. Married to a woman and have kids. We do exist.

You guys make me laugh with nim exactly like this except...if there are exceptions you don't fit what zoP wants

Perhaps it's a stereotype but the only guys who check every single thing no exceptions are gay and/ or super controlling.
