What are foods that keep your diet on track and you can’t live without?

Fage 0% Green yogurt with sugar free pudding mix (tastes like cheesecake)
Tuna pouches
Fairlife Chocolate Protein Drink
Scrambled egg whites / HB egg whites

My current snacks are
-cup of halved Brussel sprouts tossed in coconut oil and sea salt -bake at 400 for 15-18 mins. Yum
-hard boiled egg
-celery and almond butter
-pickles
-fresh steamed broccoli
-small cup Greek yogurt w berries, for an extra treat I add grain free granola

My treat is an afternoon Pop and Bottle almond/date latte.

Kombucha
Built protein bars
Fairlife protein shakes or milk
Tuna
Frontera chicken dinners
Costco rotisserie chicken
Broccoli
Chocolate hummus and pretzels
Nonfat yogurt
Shredded cheese 5g does wonders for broccoli or eggs
Coffee
Trader Joe's candied pecans or sweet and spicy pecans
Laura's vegan oatmeal chocolate chip bite-lettes
Chocolate protein pudding with whip and strawberries but that's a big treat because I can't stop eating it 😂
Whole foods tiramisu on one of those days that happen once a month or so. I split it between two days.
