My daily snack. 10 mini triscuts with a cheese stick sliced in 10 pieces. Crunch, salt, protein, whole grains portion control.

Sweet potatoes and little packs of saltines. I absolutely love a baked sweet potato with a slice of toasted sourdough and vegan butter for breakfast and it fills me up for hours.

whoops!! Am both gluten and dairy fee.


You can eat Greek yogurt (very very low lactose) and most hard cheeses (also very low lactose)
