Vegetable based soups that I can cook in slow cooker.

I have these ready at all times to fill me up.

Can you tell more about your vegetables in the air fryer?

How do you eat the rice cakes just plain?

Yes - the everything bagel flavor or the butter popcorn! If I’m super hungry I put some almond butter or PB on top of a brown rice cake. If it’s a stand in for dessert I drizzle a little honey. If I’m trying to make it part of a meal I smash half an avocado on an everything flavored rice cake.

For me it’s getting enough protein from eggs and meat. I am my thinnest and feel my best when I eat about half a pound of meat and 2-3 eggs per day. Keeps me full and from having cravings.

Agree with you PP. protein packed meals and snacks help me immensely from falling off due to cravings.

^^ I make w almond milk, cinnamon, sliced banana, a tbsp of almond butter and a drizzle of honey. This is breakfast and lunch for me most day and keeps me full until 4. So yum, I eat it every day.

Everything rice cakes - gives me the crunchy salt I crave
Skinny pop popcorn - again, another crunchy, salty food
Bite sized dark chocolate - I can eat one small piece and it satisfies my sweet tooth
Plain, fat free greek yogurt - I mix it with fresh fruit and it keeps me full for hours

Get veggies, wash and cut, olive oil drizzle, salt and then air fry - peppers, eggplant, string beans, broccoli, cauliflower

Try jicama for bulk - zero points on WW

Soy sauce or any kind of dip/flavor you like.

This was my exact daily go-to snack in college, except I would do 9, instead of 10! This makes me miss it…I should restart it.

I eat some time of berries every single day.
