Pre-cooked frozen shrimp because it’s easy to defrost in smaller lunch sized portions and cook up easily with veggies. Frozen fish in portion sealed packs, easy to cook sous vide.

Green smoothie makings and homemade wheat sourdough. If I start my day with toast and a green smoothie, everything else follows on track. It’s amazing how eating a healthy breakfast keeps me motivated all day.
