Chocolove 77% dark chocolate. I eat 1/3 of a bar daily. I love it. It is so satisfying and low in sugar, high in fiber and iron.

Also almond butter. I probably go through a jar per week. These two things I eat every single day unless traveling.

Home grown lettuce from my hydroponic garden. So much tastier than store bought, makes eating a salad much more exciting.

Low sugar oatmeal. I do not want to keep eating after I eat a packet, and it satisfies sugar cravings

Whatever I am craving! Candy, cookies, even potato chips. If I have a little bit every day then I don’t crave it.

Things I eat regularly: oatmeal, blueberries, banana, Icelandic yogurt, an egg, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, dried apricots, nuts, square of 80% dark chocolate, a turkey burger or chicken sausage. I eat whatever DH makes for dinner, but kind of graze all day, which works best for my metabolism.

Wasa crisp bread. When I'm cutting back on carbs, it helps to have something crunchy.

Hearty home made Caesar salad. I can eat a whole 3 -4 qt bowl

Not specific foods but any kind of vegetable that I can throw in the air fryer.

Vegetable based soups that I can cook in slow cooker.

I have these ready at all times to fill me up.

Cabbage. of course.

LaCroix. Not a food, but a big reason I gained the covid 19 was that when I needed a break from work, I would wander into the kitchen and snack, even though I wasn’t hungry. If I have LaCroix in the house, I can wander in, grab one of those, and not add those extra calories for no reason.
