My own magic mix of - flaxseed, Acai, hemp seed hearts, chia, sun flower seed, turmeric, black pepper. I scoop it in milk, oatmeal, even warm water. Except hemp seed hearts, every thing is powdered.

what kind of lettuce do you grow? I received a small hydroponic garden and have the included in the packet herbs growing now. The dill is taking over everything and we are getting sick of it actually.
