+2 I can attest to this- and they are adamant about doing so. |
It makes sense if you remember that for him it's not a home, it's an entertainment venue. |
Tourist draw? For the Commanders? LOL. I mean I am all for him being as far away as possible tho..... |
True that. And their team and team owner suck. |

This was on the news this morning, and the aerial shots make it look like the house could fall off a cliff into the water.
You would be a fool to buy it. Why did they build so close to the edge of the cliff??? |
| It’s a horrible idea to build a stadium complex way outside the city. They always suck and the NFL is increasingly a tv sport having trouble with live attendance. The city venues like Baltimore has with other stuff to do in the vicinity can’t be replicated by pop up fakery. If it’s in Va it should be in Alexandria .. clear out an area. |
No NFL team in a metro area this size has any trouble getting butts in the seats except for Snyder. That’s basically why he’s being forced to sell the team, because he’s costing the other owners money. There are a lot of other issues too but it came to a head when he couldn’t get any of three different jurisdictions to entertain a new stadium for him and he and all the other issues have made the team so bad that the old stadium is empty. |
HAHA! I knew it was a matter of time before people like you showed up. The folks obsessed with sh*tting on MoCo and dying to prove that NoVa is so much better.. It's hilarious. Why do you do that? It looks so desperate! |
Alexandria doesn’t want it. He’s looking as far out as he is because nowhere closer wants it. Even with concerts, a stadium sits almost empty for the vast majority of days and when it is in use, it’s a traffic nightmare for residents |
