No....the wealthy are a bit brighter than you my friends. As the PP states, the trend has been in the works for some time now. MD and MOCO are dead.

This. Because of my job, I know a lot of high net worth folks. In terms of the upper, upper bracket, the MoCo exodus is real and I haven’t seen anything like this in my career. The wealthy don’t want to be in Maryland / MoCo any longer and are opting for DC proper, and NoVa.

And his main business (i still call them the Redskins) have always been based in Nova. They train there, training camp is there, and almost all coaches and players reside in VA. I expect to see a stadium constructed in Nova.

Yep, he bought here because the new stadium will be here. My bet will be Prince William county over Loudoun for the easier access for Richmond fans.

Virginia residents are so annoying.

Obviously a great place but so dramatically out of step from a valuation perspective from most of the local properties.

nice house but it likely gets airplane noise. I would purchase at $32M.

Nice place to hold weddings.

What's the deal with having so many freakin' bathrooms? Is that a status thing? Do people really need twice as many bathrooms as bedrooms?

It's very tasteful. I still can't imagine having or spending that much money.

So why is this guy still asking DC for a massive taxpayer handout if he can afford to waste money like this? This is corporate welfare run amok.

River Farm next door is gorgeous, much larger and Zillow has it valued at $16M. Why is it valued so low?

So when he losses the team and his wife, she can have her net weeding there. Nice plan.
