All the tax money goes to richmond and is never seen in NoVa. Look at the roads. |
You make a really great point: I've been seeing a lot more DC plates around NoVA lately. |
I'm a DC resident and I go to NOVA all the time. There's simply nothing like H Mart, India Bazaar, or 99 Ranch in DC, and it's slightly quicker than Rockville/Gaithersburg. That being said I definitely don't go to VA for dining, (outside of getting takeout to bring home if I'm already there) nightlife, or really any sort of entertainment. There's literally no reason for that when there are more and better options in DC. |
| Typical conservative liar. There is no restaurant. If there was, he would be all over Fox News. This is why Republicans can't be trusted any more with democracy. They have become so Trumpified, they don't care about the truth or trust. they just lie, lie and lie. |

I heard something on the news about this but I don’t live close enough to DC to make an observation.
It makes sense, however, especially since DC has a lot of African Americans, a group with resistance to government insistence/coercion in favor of new and interesting medical treatments. A vaccine that everyone knows doesn’t stop the contraction or spread of the targeted virus and for which manufacturers enjoy freedom from consequences (should it turn out to kill or injure in the long run) certainly qualifies. |
Telling lies on an anonymous message board??? How could they…I would never….I am aghast with this behavior…how dare they insult us truth-sayer's with such barbaric actions…. |
That's how our system works. Wealthy urban liberals are forced to hand over massive amounts of their tax money to rural broke-a$$ Trumpers. And in return those Trumpers get to whine how the liberals are bankrupting the country. |
I should have figure that out. Virginia does have to employ the people that DC and Maryland cannot. |
Really, I think there are probably more people getting of tax free status and handouts inside the urban areas. |
Why move to NoVA when you can live in the charming neighborhoods of Shipley Terrace, Benning Heights, Capitol View, and Fairfax Village. |
Where is the DC poster who brags out free transportation, free pre-K, UBI for mothers, maternity leave -- |
Don’t forget the DC Circulator! |
Bullsh*t troll. If you were an actual business owner, enjoying an upswing for the reasons you think, you'd keep your mouth shut. Not blab on a local bulletin board. #MAGAidiot |
And free rain barrels! |
Joke's on her... several recent studies have shown pre-K to have a negative impact on long-term achievement. |
