My landscaper hates me

He is from Brazil and I have a strong suspicion he is one of these guys that despises women in authority. My DH is hands off with all contractors in our household, so I am the one giving him direction, etc. If I approach him about anything that is off (you missed the weeds in the bed over there) or (please clean the gutters before the next big rain storm), his responses are always curt. No sense of customer service at all...certainly not a gentleman. One time I asked about a price he charged me for a project, and he was visibly annoyed--did not handle it well and was rude about it. His overall prices are great--we have 1/2 acre and he only charges $20 to mow, trim, and blow. So I hate to try to find someone else.
I don't think it has to do with his culture because my last landscaper was also from Brazil, and he was so polite and accommodating. Maybe it's just his personality, but my DH suspects he is a misogynist. |

| Honestly, you get what you pay for. If you want to continue to pay the unusually low prices you get limited customer service and quality. Your choice. |

I don’t think it’s a troll. I think it’s an UMC person who refuses to pay an immigrant who does a job demanding physical labor for her home a living wage.
