My landscaper hates me

Hey guys I pay poverty wages and take advantage of minorities but can’t figure out why they don’t like my racist ass. How do I get my slave in order?

After admitting she pays him $20 bucks to do her half acre and clean gutters!

My DH charged that much to mow a lawn-just mow, no weeding, etc, in 1984.

I live in CT. My old landscaper was insanely expensive. He also seemed annoyed if I ever asked him to do anything (and I was very polite about it). When my husband and I would discuss projects with him he would only talk to my husband and not make eye contact with me. My husband noticed it too. We fired him. He was a white guy and grew up in the county.

new landscaper is from Guatemala. He is so nice and happy. He is less expensive too ( but he is getting paid well). he always checks with me to make sure I am happy with is work.

My teenager gets $20.00 to mow the 1/4 acre lots in our neighborhood.

No weeding or gutters.

Guatemalan guy knows he is lucky to work here with the opportunity to provide a better life for his kids and send money home, rather than doing manual labor for nothing back home. Brazilian guy is an economics major who couldn't find a professional position in Brazil and his English skills are not good enough for middle class work here.
