I’m not saying you have to mourn him or even give a crap. What I see as an issue is people are cheerfully celebrating his murder. |
Why all the conspiracies? Occam’s Razor people. |
“He deserved to die for his opinions but it is ridiculously unfair if I lose my job for expressing my opinions.” |
I don’t agree with it but many employers are seeing it as advocating for political violence. |
And I see people lionizing a truly horrible man and demanding that people grieve him. Let the record be clear - on his best day, he was extremely divisive. He made his nut saying horrible things about people, saying that people deserved to die or get attacked. People can regret the way he was killed and still be glad there is one less person like him spewing his filth into the world. |
My Occam’s razor theory is being called a conspiracy. |
Nobody should cheer the death of another human. But in America nobody should limit our right to say Charlie Kirk was an awful person. That's what I believe. I don't even say it to be aggressive or out of anger. I just thought the stuff he did and the way he did was awful. It's my strong belief. I think its pathetic, I'm afraid to say it with my name attached because I will get fired, or doxxed or even physically attacked. |
Tyler confessed on discord, the gay bf is cooperating, the weapon is in evidence, the dna is on the gun, he's on camera all over the scene. It's him, bro. But, go off... |
Because in your personal opinion his political beliefs are bad, you are indifferent to a man with young children, a wife, and parents who care about him being brutally murdered in front of the world. Do you not see how this makes you an awful, awful human being? |
I am happy to know that tens of millions if not hundreds of millions of people know the truth and vehemently disagree with your characterization of him. He was a very good Christian man who wanted people to talk to each other. He was conservative and that does not make him awful. |
“While Hitler may not have explicitly called on citizens to inform on their neighbors, the Nazi regime’s policies, propaganda, and legal frameworks effectively encouraged and institutionalized this behavior. The reliance on citizen informants was a critical component of the regime’s oppressive machinery, leading to widespread fear, distrust, and complicity among the population.” |
I agree he was a truly terrible human being. As much as I hated his message I am not ok with killing someone over it. I’m even less ok with seeing otherwise good people publicly celebrating this murder and even encouraging it. We have to be better than this. |
He didn't confess on discord. The quotes I saw had him playing coy. "My doppleganger" etc I think he probably did it but that's my opinion. It's not based on any objective facts or statements. |
Saying racist and misogynistic things isn’t a matter of opinion. |
