Even a patriarchal, conservative place like India has no issues with IVF and abortion is legal up to 20 weeks and under exceptional circumstances up to 24 weeks. I can't even wrap my head around what is happening in the U.S.

It’s both though. The GOP is a terrible alliance of people who are out there to get a buck at any cost along with Christian nationalists who want to install some version of a theocracy with minimal rights for the people they don’t like. That second group is happy to erase IVF.

It is a legitimate concern for people who care about climate and planet over population. You can go ahead and have your babies as many as you want (like most newly arrived immigrants do), but there is absolutely no reason to create babies artificially. All the immigrants who came here recently are young and healthy and we will have a healthy next population. 40+ moms can breed the cats.

"Wise man" seems to ignore that Justice Kavanaugh provided a road map for the next case to be successful.

It is horrifying to me that in the GOP world, my IVF kids would not have been allowed to happen.
